Methodology

How SiteFixPlan turns signals into a practical starting point.

SiteFixPlan combines machine-detectable website signals with plain-language interpretation. It is designed to support investigation and prioritization—not to certify compliance or replace professional judgment.

1. Collect observable evidence

Focused checks review publicly accessible technical and content signals relevant to the selected test. Results depend on the page, timing, environment, and information available to the tool.

2. Group connected signals

Findings are organized into categories such as performance, accessibility, search foundations, trust, online presence, best practices, and conversion readiness so owners can consider the experience as a whole.

3. Prioritize investigation

Higher priority is generally given to issues that can block access, interrupt an important journey, affect many visitors, create meaningful trust risk, or undermine a business-critical page. Context can change the correct order.

4. Require human validation

Automation cannot fully judge usability, accessibility conformance, legal compliance, brand clarity, content quality, security, or business impact. Important findings should be confirmed manually and escalated to a qualified specialist when needed.

5. Review published guidance

Guides are written for the stated audience, include limitations where relevant, and are reviewed when the product or underlying guidance changes. Material corrections can be reported through Support.
