Responsible AI
AI Transparency Notice
Effective August 17, 2026
When a report says “AI-assisted guidance,” artificial intelligence helped turn technical website-audit findings into plain-English explanations and suggested fixes. The underlying technical checks and scores come from automated website-analysis tools. AI guidance can be wrong or incomplete and should be reviewed by a person before changes are made.
Who provides SiteFixPlan
Media Yard LLC operates SiteFixPlan and is responsible for how AI is used in the service. References to “SiteFixPlan,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Media Yard LLC doing business as SiteFixPlan.
Where we use AI
SiteFixPlan may use an AI model to explain why a detected website issue matters and suggest a practical way to address it. AI may also help organize technical findings into a more readable improvement plan. Reports identify this content as “AI-assisted guidance.” If AI is unavailable or cannot provide a usable response, SiteFixPlan may show standard, rules-based guidance instead.
What we do not use AI for
SiteFixPlan does not use AI to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, education admissions, law enforcement, immigration, legal rights, biometric identification, or emotion recognition. It does not autonomously change the website being audited. SiteFixPlan is an informational website-improvement tool, not a certification or professional adviser.
Information processed
To generate an explanation, SiteFixPlan may send relevant technical findings, measurements, page titles, and the submitted public website address to our AI provider, currently OpenAI. Do not submit private pages, passwords, confidential information, personal data, or sensitive information for analysis. Our Privacy Policy explains our broader data practices.
Limitations and human oversight
- AI explanations may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or too general for a particular website.
- A recommendation may not account for your technology, business requirements, accessibility obligations, security needs, or local law.
- You should have an appropriate website owner, developer, accessibility specialist, security professional, or other qualified person review relevant recommendations.
- Test changes in a safe environment before publishing them and confirm the result with appropriate tools and human review.
How AI-assisted content is identified
Reports that use AI display the words “AI-assisted guidance.” The explanatory portions of each finding are also marked in the page structure as AI-assisted. Shared and printed reports retain a visible disclosure so recipients can understand how the guidance was produced.
Your choices
You may treat every recommendation as optional and decide whether to use it. You can also rely on the underlying technical evidence and seek an independent review. If you believe an explanation is misleading or harmful, please stop relying on it and contact us.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our AI providers, features, or legal obligations change. We will post a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions or concerns for Media Yard LLC may be sent to privacy@sitefixplan.com. You can also review our Terms of Service.
